Sand & Seas Builders, LLC. is owned by Don Peel, Sr.
Don is a current resident of Fripp Island and has been
coming to Fripp since his family purchased their first home
here in 1965.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Don worked
for several major corporations prior to returning to
Augusta, Georgia, his hometown, and forming his first
building company over 20 years ago. He has constructed over
250 homes and condos, and developed several sub-divisions
during his building career. Don is a private pilot, an avid
golfer, skiier, scuba diver, and hunter. Don is a member of
the Fripp Club and West Lake Country Club in Augusta,
Georgia. He has four children, Don, Jr., Lori, Danielle,
and Coty.
